Who We Are.

BYLA is an established, dynamic design focused studio with office locations in Ketchum, ID and Bozeman, MT.   BYLA’s work is responsive to the regional landscapes and settings where we work and has a rich history of successful and published projects in Idaho, Rocky Mountain West, California, and New England.  Our approach is design driven, contextual and contemporary.  While our practice is founded on residential landscape design in the west and on the east coast, it spans the breadth of landscape architectural practice.  This affords us the privilege of living in small mountain towns while enjoying the design challenges and scope typical of urban design firms.  Our portfolio includes residential design at a variety of scales, town planning, land planning, park design, product design, graphic arts, and architecture.
